Patience

"Be patient then my brothers until the Lord comes.
See how patient a farmer is as he waits for the
land to produce precious crops.
He waits patiently for the autumn and spring rains"

They say patience is a virtue and it is so very true .Patience begets love and love begets peace and in turn peace begets happiness . Thus being patient leads to being happy!!.

I too am perplexed by the above statement but yes it is true. Imagine yourself to be patient with your father/mother/brother/sister/wife/girlfriend/uncle/aunt/cousin/neighbor/colleague/boss or even your pet dog/cat .


When you are patient with them you take the time , the time to understand them , time to learn from them and you do begin to relish their presence and thus you love them. When you love them you have nothing to worry about ...you wont worry about your quarrel with your brother neither wont you worry about the shouting you got from your boss and when you do not have any worries wandering around your head , there will be a sense of calm and you will definitely be in peace with yourself and your surroundings. Happiness is then what you will be in for you wont have worries and you wont have a problem with anybody.

I am sure God looks as with so so much patience otherwise we would never be here even after the atrocities we have committed against him and against one another. Being patient is wisdom which is not worldly wisdom but rather a blessing from God.


Today we live in a fast world where in even i forget to smell the roses and forget to admire nature and the beauty of the creation of God because i have been made to believe like you all that "Time is Money & Money is Time"....and patience requires time. The patient time is used not to while away but to be persistent with faith that what you set out to do you will achieve and this is the lesson .


The farmer waits patiently for the crops to produce yield , he waits patiently for the autumn and spring rains . He waits patiently on the entity of weather , on which he has absolutely no control over . This is one of the most beautiful verses in the Good Book wherein we are told to understand that we too must be patient , patient for God because knowing God and Loving God leads us to all the gifts that binds with patience!We too like the farmer must be patient and wait for God who does everything as God sees fit and who never abandons his creations for when in doubt look at the birds and the other creatures who are taken care of so wonderfully by Him even though we try and destroy their habitats mostly unknowingly!!


Patience is a virtue and a virtue that is for everyone rich , poor, young , old , male , female for happiness and peace are universal rights and God given gifts.
Lets be patient and think about What a wonderful world we have been given how wonderful has our life been and thank Him for all and everything .
